About the singles…
SPEAK THE TRUTH (from the album BLOC BIZNIZ, March 16, 2010):  This is my view of the hip hop scene, my report of what it’s looked like through my eyes over the past few years.  I wrote it as if I’m speaking to Seagram Miller, a forgotten rapper from bacc in the day who helped pave the way for some of us more hardcore artists in Northern Cali.  Kinda just telling Seag what’s been going on in hip hop and our region specifically.

COLORBLIND (C-Dubb & X-Raided, from C-Dubb’s album MOB HITS, March 16, 2010):  my verse goes:  “White boys can’t rhyme unless you find Eminem/ Even Asher Roth flopped and he rhyme like Eminem/ be designed like Eminem/ that’s the only way anybody really gon’ be willin’ to buy a him and him/ or a so and so, but C-Dubb be flowin’ though/ C-Dubb be flowin’ dope like he got coke in his spit/ so open ya lips so C-/Dubb can spit in ya face/ for being a bitch and lettin’ race get in the way/ of you embracin’ good music like you got a hug from Kanye/ take it from Aneraé, it’s real talk/ get ya whole face ripped off like facelifts/ and autopsies for being a rap racist/ cuz right is right and wrong is wrong/ just like life is life and a song’s a song/ but wait, my mistake nigga, I can’t say shit/ I’m a racist, I hate fake niggas you fake bitch”

What you know about “embracin’ good music like you got a hug from Kanye”?  He owns G.O.O.D. Music.  Get it?

I always tripped how people act surprised when a white dude can flow.  I’ve known a bunch of white boys that could flow.  Even though I don’t particularly think his subjects allow him to get as much credit as he deserves, I think Eminem is one of the better rappers period in terms of flow and writing ability.  I had the idea for a while and ran it by C-Dubb, to write a song like sarcastically sayin’ white boys can’t rhyme, but be killin’ it the whole time we’re sayin’ that.  I sent the chorus and my verse to C-Dubb and he knocked it out immediately like a total pro.  Working with C-Dubb has been a positive experience. If ya’ll didn’t get it yet, C-Dubb is white.
